Weights Club

Rongotai College Weights Club is an opportunity for Rongotai students to train, keep active and socialise before and during school. Weights club has been open for 1 year now and has many new pieces of equipment including a cable cross over, bench press and a complete set of dumbbells 1kg - 35kg. For a small fee of $20 students can become a member and work out 3 mornings a week: Monday, Wedneday and Friday from 7am and every lunchtime. Sessions are often available during holidays too.

Rongotai Bodyweight Challenge

Currently all challenges are located in the weights room. These challenges will be posted on the website soon to enable you to work at home.
